Terms of Use
Last updated: October 12, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Rebuff Corp (“we”, “us” or “our”) governing your use of PlayDock (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the App.
2. What PlayDock Is
PlayDock (the “App”) is a software application for iPhone and iPad that provides a collection of motion-controlled games. The App uses your device’s camera to detect body movement, which serves as the input for gameplay. The software for each game is included in the App. Certain games require additional media content (including images, audio, video and three-dimensional models), which is downloaded either when you select Download for that game or, if the “Download all games” option is enabled, automatically while the App is open. The App is provided "as is", without any guarantee of performance or of continued availability.
The App is free to download and includes four games at no charge. Eight additional games are available as “Game Pack 1”, a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase processed by Apple, which may also be unlocked by redeeming an eligible code. Purchases are subject to Apple’s terms and conditions, including its policies on payment and refunds. The App does not require an account and does not offer subscriptions or display advertising.
Game Pack 1 includes the eight games identified in the App at the time of purchase. Games added to the App later are not included in Game Pack 1 unless the App states otherwise. Offer codes are subject to Apple’s terms, may expire, are not for resale and have no cash value.
3. Camera and Privacy
PlayDock needs camera access to work. All camera processing happens on your device, using machine-learning models bundled inside the App. Camera frames and movement points are not uploaded to us for gameplay. The App has no account system, advertising, or cross-app tracking. When game media is downloaded (whether you select Download or enable Download all games), the App requests a game's artwork, sounds, video, and 3D media from Cloudflare R2, with every file verified against a fingerprint list (SHA-256) built into the App. Cloudflare’s R2 Operations analytics make objectName, datetime, actionType, actionStatus, bucketName, and responseStatusCode for these requests available to us. For App Store privacy disclosure, we classify Product Interaction as linked, used for App Functionality, and not used for tracking. We also classify Cloudflare request, reliability, and security information as Diagnostics — Other Diagnostic Data, linked, used for App Functionality, and not used for tracking. The request does not attach a PlayDock account or advertising identifier. Cloudflare processes IP address and other request/security information to deliver and protect the requested files. By granting camera access you acknowledge that:
- Live camera processing happens on your device, and camera frames or body-tracking data are not sent to us. Copy Cat can assemble a local result photo in the app; PlayDock does not upload it
- You are responsible for ensuring adequate privacy in your physical surroundings while the camera is on
- You may revoke camera access at any time in the iOS Settings app, under Privacy & Security → Camera
Our full Privacy policy describes this in detail.
4. Casting to a TV
Where available, the App can cast to a compatible PlayDock TV receiver on your local network. Casting is optional and begins only when you tap Cast. The App also uses network connections for game-media downloads and for Apple’s purchase, restore and code-redemption services. While you keep casting, the App streams the game picture — which includes the camera view of you when the game shows one — and the game audio to the receiver you chose over your local network, and does not route that stream through our Internet services. The cast stream is not encrypted; cast only on a network and to a receiver you trust. Casting is never required — a wired connection to a TV works without it — and in airplane mode Balloon Pop and every game whose media download has finished play fully offline; downloading current or updated game media needs a connection.
5. Safety
These games involve real physical movement. Before you play, clear enough space around you, move fragile objects and trip hazards out of the way, and keep other people and pets clear of your play area. Wear footwear you can move in and play on a stable surface.
Stop playing immediately if you feel dizzy, faint, short of breath, nauseated, or unwell, or if you experience pain or discomfort. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are recovering from an injury, consult a healthcare professional before playing. Do not play while tired or impaired.
PlayDock is a game, not a medical, diagnostic, fitness-coaching, or health-monitoring product. Any activity summaries it shows are rough estimates for entertainment only and must not be relied on for any health, medical, or training decision.
6. Audience and Age Rating
PlayDock is offered as a general-audience Games app with family-friendly positioning. It is not submitted to the Kids Category; that store-category choice is not an age-suitability or legal-audience determination. You are responsible for deciding whether a game and its physical activity are suitable for you and for providing appropriate supervision to anyone who needs help moving safely. Certain features, such as purchases and the export of fitness data, first present a question intended to be answered by an adult. That question is not a verification of age.
7. Acceptable Use
When using PlayDock, you agree not to:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App, except where that right cannot be excluded by law
- Attempt to bypass security measures or interfere with the App's operation
- Redistribute, copy, or create derivative works from the App's games, artwork, or code without permission
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
8. Intellectual Property
The App and its content — including the games, artwork, audio, code, and design — are owned by Rebuff Corp or its licensors and contributors, and are protected by copyright and other laws. Some components are used under open-source licences; those licences govern those components. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
9. No Warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of defects. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rebuff Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including physical injury or property damage resulting from gameplay activity. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where that exclusion is prohibited.
11. Apple
These Terms are between you and Rebuff Corp, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for it, and is not responsible for addressing any claim relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. These Terms supplement the Licensed Application End User License Agreement provided by Apple (the “Standard EULA”). If these Terms conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA governs to the extent of the conflict.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms. When we do, the "Last updated" date above will change, and continued use of the App after that constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Contact
If you have questions about these Terms, contact Rebuff Corp at [email protected] or 13727 SW 152 Street, #762, Miami, FL 33177, United States.
